We are proud to announce the very first Reproductive Health Pantry in Washington, D.C.—a community resource created to increase access to essential reproductive health supplies and education.
Conveniently located directly outside our office at 4315 Sheriff Road, NE, Washington, D.C. 20019, the pantry offers free reproductive health essentials with no appointment, identification, or eligibility requirements. Community members can access menstrual hygiene products, condoms, lubricants, pregnancy tests, and educational materials whenever they need them.
The pantry was designed by one of our very own Community Birth Workers, Dominique Bell, and was officially established on November 26, 2024. This is entirely sustained through community donations. The pantry is restocked every Thursday to ensure these essential resources remain available to everyone who needs them. It is completely donation-based and restocked every Monday to ensure continued access to its essential items. Since its launch, we have served more than 200 community members, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to increasing access to care, providing trusted health resources, and supporting the well-being of individuals and families throughout Ward 7 and the greater Washington, D.C. community.
